Full Time Status, GPA, Residence
1) Scholarship recipients must take a minimum of 15 credit
    hours each term. Students may Not participate in
    Co-Op and Internship Programs.
2) Students must maintain a minimum of 2.5 grade average
    each term.
3) You, by way of your parents, must maintain the residency
    (Fairfield County) or for Lehman (Fairfield/Hocking County),
     which qualifies you.
4) Failure to comply with the above may result in the immediate
    forfeiture of your scholarship without notice.

Guidelines for Sending Us Your Grades
1) Grades must be sent to trustee/administrator within 2 weeks
    of posted results.
2) Photocopy of the university original or exact copy via
    generated university internet grade results.
3) You may send via:

4) All grades must include the following:
    a. your name
    b. grade and credit hours earned for current term
    c. cumulative grade point average and total hours earned.

Duration
All scholarships will be for 12 quarters or 8 semesters unless specified otherwise in writing. Post-graduate studies will require a new application. All changes in your Fairfield County (or Hocking for Lehman Scholarships) address or phone, or any changes in anticipated graduation date must be reported to us in the same manner as outlined above for grades.

Changes
All Scholarship Rules and Regulations may be amended at any time and will immediately apply to all recipients.

Forfeiture of Scholarships
Failure to comply with the above rules may result in the immediate forfeiture of your scholarship without notice.
